We accommodate attendees with disabilities/accessibility needs wherever possible. At the same time, the event takes place in an open field and disabled guests should be aware that the main arena and car park are, naturally, uneven and may be difficult to navigate. As much as we’d like to, we can’t control the weather, so bear in mind that should it rain, the festival may be muddy and there are not any solid pathways.
Disabled toilets are provided.
Free car parking onsite is available. The car park has one access in and out and so there will be marshals managing the flow of traffic, please drive slowly and adhere to their instructions.
There will be a designated parking section for blue badge holders, and we will have stewards on standby and available to provide any assistance that may be required.
Please note – parking is in a grass field and the event site is also a grass field. There will be a cleared space for the helicopter flight path between the parking lot and the event space.
Absolutely, there will be lots of fun activities for kids. If attending with children, we will give you a wristband at the entrance for them. We ask you to write a contact number on the wristband so that if a child goes missing, we can contact the listed parent or guardian. Please see the map for the designated area to report a missing child.

The helicopter will be landing at approximately 11:30am and departing at 4:30pm. Once it has landed, the helicopter will be cordoned off. You will be able to take photos and speak to our pilots from the barrier. However, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests going any closer.
