Emma Gray, Critical Care Paramedic

I have really enjoyed my first year working for Thames Valley Air Ambulance. It is an extremely supportive organisation, with managers keen to listen and consider new ideas. I have been given a variety of opportunities to learn new skills and gain a broad range of training. It has been great to be part of an organisation whose main objective is to provide the best possible pre-hospital care to patients.

Nicola Bishop, Community Fundraising Officer

The whole team have been welcoming and supportive, and I have settled in really quickly. I love working for such a great and worthwhile charity – the work that Thames Valley Air Ambulance do is really inspiring and I learn something new every day! The best part of my job is going out to events in the community, meeting our volunteers and supporters and hearing all about the fundraising events they are organising and why they support us.
