When it comes to fundraising events, it doesn’t get bigger than the TCS London Marathon. Since 1981, marathon runners have raised over £1 billion for good causes, making it the largest annual fundraising event on the planet.

Our 2027 charity applications are now open. Please apply for one of our limited places here to be in for a chance to run the London marathon 2027 for your local air ambulance.
Own place
If you’re lucky enough to get a place through the TCS London Marathon ballot, we’d be delighted for you to run for us with your own place. You can register for an own place here. As part of our team you will receive the same support as our charity place runners without a minimum sponsorship pledge.
Running for Thames Valley Air Ambulance
By fundraising for us, you will be helping to bring lifesaving critical care to patients in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We are dispatched to treat the most critically ill and injured patients. With your help, we can continue giving them the best possible chance when the worst happens.
As well as helping to fund lifesaving care, you will receive:
- Full support from our team, and guidance on how you can maximise your fundraising.
- An official Thames Valley Air Ambulance running vest or t-shirt.
- A fundraising pack complete with fundraising ideas and inspiration.
