The London Landmarks Half Marathon is back!
On the 6th of April 2025 take part in the closed road, central London run which is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.

The registration fee will be £20, and your fundraising target will be £300.
As an independent charity, we receive no funding from the Government or National Lottery and rely solely on the generosity of supporters like you. Find out other ways you can support us and help keep us delivering advanced medical care to the patients who need it most.
