If your local clothing bank is full, please let us know and Recycling Solutions will send a van to empty it. Please do not leave donations outside of the clothing bank. Instead, take it to the nearest empty clothing bank.


You can notify us of a full clothing bank, calling Recycling Solutions on 01706 692 900, or by emailing tvaa@recyclingsolutions.org.uk.

Our fundraisers wear a photo ID badge with our logo on it and will be dressed in a Thames Valley Air Ambulance polo shirt or jacket. Always ask to see the fundraiser’s ID badge and feel free to take a note of the number. If you have any concerns, call us on 0300 999 0135 or send us a message.

No. Our fundraisers are not authorised to ask for cash. They are only permitted to ask someone to sign up to play our weekly lottery or give a regular gift by Direct Debit. If you are asked for cash at your door, the fundraiser may not be genuine.

If you are making a complaint about one of our door-to-door fundraisers, please provide as much detail about the incident as possible including, the date and time, location and the ID badge number of the canvasser, if possible.
