Director of Fundraising

As part of the planned growth, this new role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic team of fundraisers, growing income and taking the lead in managing the income generation strategy across multiple channels including community, corporate, trust & foundation, legacy, individuals, lottery and cash collection boxes.

You will take accountability for the fundraising department, with responsibility for recruitment, training and development as well as ensuring financial and legal compliance. Working as part of the senior management team you will also play a key role in the strategic direction of the charity.

Supporter Fundraising Manager

You will be proactively working in the community to recruit, inspire and motivate individuals, organisations and community groups to fundraise or donate as well as creating and implementing a supporter led fundraising plan in partnership with the Senior Fundraising Manager.

As a supporter Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for providing excellent supporter care and stewardship of existing supporters undertaking fundraising activities and will be tasked with researching, evaluating and developing new community fundraising opportunities to raise awareness of the brand and to encourage support.

Events Fundraising Manager

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable events fundraising plan in order to raise funds and increase awareness and participation. This will include working with third party events as well as developing a bespoke events calendar for the charity.

If you have a minimum of 2-years working in events fundraising, are a team player, with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people to achieve success, this exciting role could be for you.

Fundraising Support Administrator

Working in a small Fundraising Support Team (FST) you will provide high quality administrative support through the processing of donations and maintaining accurate records. The FST is the focal point for donor and visitor contacts with the charity including phone, email, and reception. You will provide superb supporter care by living by our team values.
