As part of the planned growth, this new role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic team of fundraisers, growing income and taking the lead in managing the income generation strategy across multiple channels including community, corporate, trust & foundation, legacy, individuals, lottery and cash collection boxes.

You will take accountability for the fundraising department, with responsibility for recruitment, training and development as well as ensuring financial and legal compliance. Working as part of the senior management team you will also play a key role in the strategic direction of the charity.

Head of Major Donor Fundraising

This role offers the opportunity to develop, implement and monitor a strategy for growth across corporate, trusts and legacy.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will take responsibility for the day to day management of these income streams, supporting all members of the major donor team, being accountable for recruitment, training and development.
