The TVAA Virtual Challenge

The TVAA Virtual Challenge

01 January 2020 - 31 December 2020

LOCATION: High Wycombe

Staying at home doesn’t mean you can’t stay involved!

During these unprecedented times of social distancing, we’re inviting you to sign-up and join #TeamTVAA as we take part in our very first ‘Virtual Challenge.’

Walk, jog, run, cycle or row your way to 21km across the next three weeks of ‘lockdown.’

Up the stairs, in the garden or as part of your daily local exercise – as a ‘Virtual Challenge’, this can be completed at any location or time, meaning you can avoid the crowds and beat the boredom of isolation. You are welcome to take part individually, or as a team – all that we ask is that you adhere to the latest Government rules and advice on social distancing. This is a challenge tailored to you!

We understand that this is an uncertain period, and have therefore set a flexible registration fee. There is no minimum fundraising total, but if you wish to fundraise as part of your challenge we can support you through every step of your journey with additional resources and advice.

Don’t forget to send us your photos from the challenge, and use the hashtag #TeamTVAA.

Once you’ve completed your 21km, get in touch and we’ll send you a certificate you can print from home or share on social media!

How does it work?

  1. Register yourself as an individual or team using the options below. We have a flexible registration fee with a recommended donation of £5 per person.
  2. Send us a photo to show you have completed the challenge – this could be a screen grab from an activity tracker, or a photo of you on a walk. You can send this to clare.allen@tvairambulance.org.uk or via our social media.
  3. Relax in the knowledge of a job well done! Not only will you have kept fit but helped to raise vital funds to keep us on the frontline of saving lives.

It really is THAT simple.

Still not sure this event is right for you? Get in touch with our events manager Clare who will be able to answer any questions.
