There are no visits to the solicitor, instead you will be visited by a trained counsellor who will take your Will instructions at a time to suit you, whether daytime, evenings or weekends. The Goodwill Partnership only uses solicitors who are Law Society of England and Wales members. They offer a reduced Charity rate of £98.00 + VAT for a single will and £96.00 + VAT for a second Will for a partner or spouse. Its an offer made available for everyone.
