Supporter Newsletter Naming Competition Terms and Conditions By entering the Thames Valley Air Ambulance Supporter Newsletter Naming Competition (“Competition “), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter this Competition, you must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is made by returning the form sent with the newsletter or by sending an email to [email protected] and all emails received will be entered in the Competition. There is no entry fee to enter. If you are not currently a supporter of Thames Valley Air Ambulance, your details will be retained for the purpose of this Competition only and will not be added to a mailing list without your specific consent. The closing date of entries is on Thursday 28 February 2019. Judging will take place by an independent panel of Thames Valley Air Ambulance staff before Friday 8th March 2019. There will be one winner. Should more than one person choose the winning name, the winners will be selected by a random draw. The winner will be notified via email or telephone where held on our database, or post. If we cannot contact a winner after three working days, we may award the prize to another entry. Details of the winner will be available on request from [email protected] We may use the winner’s name and image for promotional and publicity purposes. The prize is a visit to receive an exclusive tour for two people to the operating base of Thames Valley Air Ambulance and to meet the crew (travel costs are not included). There is no cash alternative. Thames Valley Air Ambulance may disqualify you from winning the prize if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these rules or your participation in the Competition is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Thames Valley Air Ambulance may cancel the Competition for reasons outside of its reasonable control. Thames Valley Air Ambulance may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website. Thames Valley Air Ambulance does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received. To the extent permitted by law, Thames Valley Air Ambulance excludes all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding this Competition or the prize (other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence).
