Celebrate Your life and Give a GIFT in Your Will

Give a Gift In Your Will

Make or Amend Your Will for Free

We‘ve teamed up with a number of local solicitors who will waive their fees to write or amend a basic Will to anyone aged 55 or over between the 2nd – 13th October 2024. In return, we simply ask for a one-off donation or a gift made to us in your Will.

You are under no obligation to include a gift in your Will to us, but even the smallest donation can help. By leaving a legacy to Thames Valley Air Ambulance, you’ll give critically ill and injured patients the best chance of survival and recovering from an emergency.

There are limited Free Wills on offer and they will be available on a first come, first served basis. For more information or to register your interest, complete the form below.

Why Leave a Gift in Your Will?

Your legacy will keep hearts beating, lives intact, and families together.

It will keep our helicopters in the air and get paramedics to the people who need them most. It takes on thought and a small gift to ensure we can continue providing lifesaving, emergency care today, tomorrow, and forever.

Most people are surprised to learn that we receive no regular government or National Lottery funding. Our crew, helicopters, vehicles and all our emergency equipment are completely funded by our generous supporters, people like you.

By leaving a legacy to Thames Valley Air Ambulance, you’ll give critically ill and injured patients the best chance of survival and recovering from an emergency.

You’ll also be helping us to support the families and loved ones of patients, and help our paramedics and doctors keep up to date with the latest lifesaving treatment and equipment.

Inheritance tax is based on the value of a person’s estate upon their death. The ‘nil rate band’ or ‘inheritance tax threshold’ is the value of the estate that is exempt from inheritance tax. You could decrease the amount of inheritance tax by 4% if you choose to leave 10% or more of your estate to charity. For further information about inheritance tax, visit www.gov.uk/inheritance-tax. For all tax advice, we suggest you get in touch with a solicitor.
