This Sunday, we're delighted to launch our popular Open Gardens programme in the Buckinghamshire village of Jordans near Beaconsfield. Visitors are offered an exclusive opportunity to explore beautifully landscaped, private gardens.

There will be five lush gardens alive with springtime flowers and foliage throughout the village. Norma Desmond-Mawby from Spindrift, said, “We are delighted to welcome the public to enjoy our garden this weekend. As passionate gardeners and keen supporters of Thames Valley Air Ambulance, the programme is a wonderful way to fundraise for our local air ambulance charity.”

The Open Gardens programme runs until August and includes fifteen gardens in bloom across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. The gardens are privately owned by the charity’s green-fingered supporters.

The programme has been running for over ten years and has raised more than £150,000 for us.

Ruth Dunkin, Head of Community and Events says: “We are extremely grateful to have the beautiful gardens of Jordans contributing to our Open Gardens programme this year. We hope the public come along and make the most of the lovely weather this weekend, all whilst supporting our life-saving air ambulance charity.”
